If you have a child ages 0-21 with a disability, please fill out the form below to receive books. We hope you are as excited as we are for you to receive a selection of thoughtfully chosen books throughout the year! We plan to send 1 book out quarterly! They are completely free, thanks to the generosity of our donors.

The books we send out are designed to reflect and affirm your child's unique story. In order to do this, we ask that you fill out the form as fully as you are comfortable with!

If you have more than one recipient, we ask that you fill out the form for each one individually. This way we can fit each child and make each one feel special by receiving their own package!
